I would love to share... That I love these monthly healings. I am confident that they assist me with keeping my greatest balance and focus and capacity. In the last few months, I have been preparing for the creation of a couple classes and was delivering the first one last Monday evening. The final preparation leading to Monday evening went so well. The whole day went so well. I am confident that the healing sessions are so supportive for me during this very busy time. I absolutely loved doing a group session. There were times that I was still feeling heavy emotions but as the session went on I started to feel a difference, especially after the balance at the end I really felt way more balanced. The next day I was feeling so great, and the following days a lot of repressed anger came up that needed to be expressed. After that it's gotten better but I know I have more healing to do! This was one of the few times that I have started to feel changes after a healing session, I feel like removing the healing blocks helped with that tremendously! I really needed that! I am definitely joining in on the next group healing :)
